UX Case study
What is Chalk Lab ?
We are a group of designers working on providing the design as an education. We are planning to conduct 3 months on online design .In ,chalk lab we are gonna teach students from 6-14 age group .The course taught is creative design , In creative design we are going to teach about creativity , understanding and social skill values .At first we will accept you as an intern and trainee . From the course various skills will be developed like skill sets – communication, innovation and problem solving .The whole curriculum is based on activity based learning . Career development programs and projecting projects in social will bring even more exposure .

Primary Research
To understand the problem we did primary research.
The idea is about asking answers to the questions based on design
Questions are
- 1. What is Design ?
- 2. What is education?
- 3. What is design education?
- 4. Why design education ?
- 5. Why design for all ?
- 6. We had activity based learning. Why is it needed then ?
- 7. If design just problem solving interested people can just learn as course why as
- 8. Whose your target group ?
- 9. Why 2nd student will learn same as 8th std student ?
- 10. Design education system Change or just method change or just content change ?
- 11. What he/she l get outcome of this ?
- 12. Design just a process ?

Primary Research Result
As a result of primary we gathered lots of information about design, education design education, etc. and we also ended up with few questions.
- Strategy of academic design student experience
- Need to work on how to identify the student activity In future based on capacity or interest ?
- Are we going to include teachers? are you going to teach them design method. whose going teach the subject.?

Design Challenge
In ancient times, education was not accessible to common people. As decades passed by, education has become the primary necessity for a child. But now, equal education has become interrogative as a matter of quality in the prevailing situation. To address this issue we have taken up Design Education in Government Schools. It took 8 months for us to reach this place. A complete teamwork and ideology to endeavor the design education to people living in the interior parts. This time, we have taken tools like Design thinking to solve 10 different problems around us. And students were trained through design with skills like problem-solving,
leadership quality, Teamwork, Innovative Thinking, Perpetual thought-provoking and also selfrealization of creative confidence.
Thank you each and everyone who supported, donated, given opportunity, made content, volunteered, motivated us throughout. We are glad to inform that ChalkPiece is stepping into next Level. We are coming live on 10th February ( Monday) to elaborate the further process.
